Warranty Coverage

Limited Coverage: Your Blink Frames are covered by a 2-year limited warranty that starts from the date of purchase.

  • Manufacturer's Defects: This warranty also covers manufacturer's defects affecting functionality or performance.
  • Electronics: If your Blink Frames include electronic components, this warranty covers electronics-related issues.
  • Frame Replacement: If your Blink Frames break during normal use within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement frame at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty coverage provided by Globe Biomedical, Inc. does not extend to the following situations:

  • Water Damage: We will not cover frames that have been damaged by water or any other liquid.
  • Accidental Damage: Frames that break due to dropping, impact, or any other accidental hazard are not covered under this warranty.
  • Modifications or Opening: Any frames that have been modified, tampered with, or opened by unauthorized personnel will not be covered.
  • Expired Warranty: The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Any claims made after the warranty period has expired will not be covered.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Frames damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not covered.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur over time with regular use.
  • Loss or Theft: Loss or theft of Blink Frames is not covered by this warranty.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality is not covered.
